Delivery
To place an order for delivery (available Monday - Saturday) or to schedule an event or a wedding consultation, please stop in or call us at 612-871-7080. We’re open Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Closed on Sunday.

Residential Deliveries: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Business Deliveries: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Residential Delivery
When you place your order by 3:00pm Monday thru Friday, we will deliver your gift the same day. On Saturday, please order by 11:00am for same day delivery. Please remember to give us the telephone number of the recipient just in case we have to call them for delivery. If there are any specific delivery instructions, let us know when you are placing the order.
Business Delivery
When you place your order by 12:00 pm Monday thru Friday, we will deliver your gift the same day. Please remember to give us the telephone number of the recipient just in case we have to call them for delivery. If there are any specific delivery instructions, let us know when you are placing the order.
If you place an order today for tomorrow delivery, all orders placed will be delivered by end of day.
We cannot guarantee your delivery will arrive at a specific time of day.
Please remember that we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, Mpls/St. Paul Airport or an Army Post Office. Sometimes your recipient may not be home or at work. In that case, we may leave your gift in a safe place, with a neighbor or leave a message to call us.
Substitution
Because of flower availability and/or out-of-stock items, on occasion it may be necessary for us to substitute a certain flower or container in your order.
We will always maintain the Roger Beck Florist aesthetic.
Arrangement Care
We guarantee your arrangement will last for 3 to 5 days.
A little extra care will make a big difference in your enjoyment of these flowers – Keep the vase filled to the top with clean water. We have already treated the water in your vase with a special solution and there is no need for you to add anything but fresh water. If your arrangement is in a basket or in a shallow dish, please keep the floral foam saturated.
Keep your arrangement in a cool place and out of direct sunlight.
65 to 70 degrees is optimal. Keep away from heating or cooling vents, fans, appliances, and radiators.
Remove fading blooms and foliage.
Some flowers last longer than others. To keep your entire arrangement looking fresh, simply pluck any fading flowers.
Green Plant / Blooming Plant / Orchid Plant Care
Guarantee: Plants are guaranteed to be in excellent condition. Within the first week, we will replace any plant that is having any problems.
Keep soil moist; water thoroughly when soil is dry to touch, draining excess water.
Prefers bright diffused sunlight, do not expose to direct sun.
Place in warm location, avoiding excessive hot and cold areas.
Orchids prefer higher humidity.
Refer to specific orchid variety care information for best growing results.
Set plant on a saucer or dish to protect furniture from water.
